Description/Significance

JBS Project Management is serving as the Owner’s Representative for the construction of the River East Condominiums. The project consists of two 28 story residential towers with a series of adjacent, connected low-rise eight story residential structures. The project has been broken into six towers, A through F. The two high-rise towers (Towers A & B) plus the low rise structures (Towers C through F) will contain a total of 906 condominium units and total approximately 1,400,000 square feet.

The primary design approach of the towers is a reinforced concrete superstructure with a glass curtain wall system. A small portion of the project will contain stone and masonry elements. JBS will deliver the condominium units to the market fully built-out. The general level of finishes in the condominium units and common spaces are very high throughout the project.

To meet the client’s schedule, JBS will be the working closely with the client, architect, and the contractors involved as these two tower complexes are built consecutively without any schedule interruptions.
