Description/Significance

JBS served as Owner’s Representative for the West Park Hotel. Project includes the construction of approximately 90,000 SF of hotel space, restaurant, bar and lobby for the Pomeranc Group. The existing 60,000 SF building was stripped down and an additional four floors and 30,000 SF of space added to the existing building. There are 100 rooms in the new hotel with a total project cost of $45 Million.

Responsibilities on the project consist of assembling the design team, managing the design process, Transportation Authority and Department of Buildings filing and approvals, hiring the Construction Manager and managing the construction through occupancy. JBS worked with the Pomeranc Group as their Owner’s Representative to coordinate all aspects of design, construction and move-in of the hotel.
