Description/Significance

JBS is acting at Owner’s Representative on this new construction hotel project that includes the construction of approximately 108,000 SF of hotel space for the Pomeranc Group. The new 20 story project will consist of 141 new hotel rooms. Amenities of the new hotel include a bar, restaurant, roof deck, pool, fitness center and all state of the art audio and visual components for the hotel guests.

Responsibilities on the project consist of assembling the design team, managing the design process, Department of Buildings filing and approvals, hiring the Construction Manager and managing the construction through occupancy.
