Description/Significance

JBS was the Owner’s Representative on this complete gut renovation of a cutting edge upscale Irish restaurant and bar located in a prime Manhattan Midtown location. This fast tracked project included a number of logistical and schedule challenges ranging from innovative audio and visual components to the installation of brand kitchen equipment and associated exhaust work in a fully occupied building.

The restaurant opened up on time to rave reviews across the NYC restaurant scene. The owner was extremely pleased with the final product and the dedicated services provided by JBS throughout the duration of the project.

Responsibilities on the project consist of assembling the design team, managing the design process, Department of Buildings filing and approvals, managing the construction through occupancy and final signoffs.
