Description/Significance

Located in the heart of Manhattan, Metropolitan Antiques and Gems is a renowned Ultra Luxury Antiques and Jewelry retailer. JBS Project Management was hired as the owner’s representative to supervise the project from the design and concept phase thru completion of construction.

The project scope included the gut renovation and complete build-out of 10,000 SF of the existing retail space. The renovation included new mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems, a new storefront, as well as state-of-the-art security and A/V systems. The project was completed in an expedited time frame with intense owner, designer, and contractor coordination and execution.
